Dva izvršna naloga štite američko državljanstvo! Nakon povijesne presude Vrhovnog suda u slučaju Trump protiv Barbare (30. lipnja 2026.), predsjednik Trump potpisao je 6. kolovoza dva izvršna naloga koja završavaju praksu ‘turizma za rađanje’ i jačaju zaštitu američkog državljanstva. Prvi nalog određuje kategorije djece koja nisu podobna za državljanstvo po rođenju; drugi nalaže ministrima State Departmenta i Ministarstva domovinske sigurnosti da razbiju mreže turizma za rađanje koje koriste sindikati i strani akteri.
Administracija je sada završila 15 uzastopnih mjeseci bez puštanja ijednog ilegalnog stranca u zemlju. Ukupan broj deportacija premašio je 3 milijuna, uključujući tisuće osoba osuđenih za nasilne zločine.
